Dispatch and delivery options.
All orders are shipped by Australia Post using Parcel Post.
We’ll dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days. If it’s taking longer than 4 business days, we’ll reach out to let you know.

Authority to leave (ATL)
To opt into the contactless delivery, please select ‘Authority to Leave’ (ATL) form the available delivery options at check out. ATL deliveries authorise the delivery driver to leave your parcel in a safe location at the delivery address. Alternatively, you can select to have a signature required on delivery.
What is deemed a safe place?
‘Safe Places’ are considered a secure location at your delivery address where your order is hidden from plain view. A safe place can differ between properties dependant on Courier accessibility. Generally, orders left without signatures may be left anywhere that is out of plain view.
Tracking
Once your order is processed, we’ll send you an email with your tracking information.
If you cannot locate your tracking number, please contact us via email at hello@kdbbody.com.au – we’re here to help!
Lost or damaged goods
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer care team in Australia via email at hello@kdbbody.com.au
If you have not received your order within the expected timeframes, contact us so we can assist you!
International shipping
KDB Body do not currently ship internationally, outside Australia.
Shipping to multiple addresses
We are unable to process split shipments with one order currently. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.

RETURNS POLICY
Return requests will be handles in accordance with Australian Consumer Law provisions. Due to the personal nature of our products, no returns or exchanges can be accepted outside of these provisions.
We do not accept refund for change of mind due to the nature of the products.
We want you to love your products. If for some reason you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us at hello@kdbbody.com.au and we will do our best to resolve your concerns.
If we are unable to reach a resolution, either a refund or replacement will be issued at our discretion based on the situation following the timely return of products purchased. The shipping costs to return products will not be refunded unless it is confirmed there is an issue or fault with the product.
Agreed refunds will be processed promptly and payment will be made in the same method as original payment, refunds may take up to 7 days to be processed and a further lead time may apply with you bank.
Replacements will be processed in line with our standard shipping and handling times.

Please note:
- Once orders are placed, they are not able to be amended or cancelled.
- Shipping times are guidelines and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (Sales or Campaigns), due do unexpected weather conditions, or due to other postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond KDB Body’s reasonable control.
- Online orders are processed and shipped from Sydney, New South Wales and so we follow any New South Wales Public Holidays

- Unfortunately, KDB Body do not offer the option to Click & Collect your order.
