Isn’t it the worst when you excitedly rip open a package, only to find it has been damaged in transit? We hate that just as much, and it’s not something we want for you. If your goods have arrived not as their best selves, please photograph the products, and send the details of your order and its arrival to our Customer Service Team, at hello@kdbbody.com.au so we can assist you. The postage costs of any refunds or returns that are approved, will be the responsibility of the customer.
Due to the nature of skin care products, we are unable to provide refunds and exchanges on our items, so please choose wisely.
Sorry, due to limitations with e-commerce platforms, we cannot make changes to an order once they have placed. If you’d like to amend an order, the best option is to attempt to cancel, refund, and re-do your order with the items you wanted most.
